i just came back from puyal

i realised i've been in an extremely good mood today

my tuition teacher and i were talking about being happy and how much smiling and laughing helps during tuition today.
she told me that there's a group of ppl who will meet at the field near her house every morning and they'll just laugh and laugh and laugh, which supposedly is a good start for the day.
maybe i should try it!
